Production Zone:
Own vineyards located in Castel di Lama, Vigna Cese hill.

Cordon spur with plantation density of 3500 vine stock per hectare.

Production Techniques:
Grapes selected by hand are very softly pressed. Must, so obtained, is firstly decanted and then clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Yellow with golden highlights.

Fruity, delicate with citrus and pineapple scent.
Definite, refreshing and well balanced
