Variety of grapes:
80% Montepulciano 20%Sangiovese.

Production zone:
Own vineyards located in Scodalupo area in Castel di Lama.

Cordon spur with plantation density of 3500 vine stock per hectare.

Production Techniques:
Grapes selected and harvested by hand, in an ideally suited zone, with an average grape production of 80 quintals by hectare, undergo the maceration and fermentation in small tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C, for a period of 10/15 days. After the first 2 months of decantation in steel tanks, wine is refined in oak barrels for 6 months. Wine is then bottled and refined for more 3 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Purple red with cherry highlights.

Pleasingly vanilla-flavoured with red berry fruit scents.

Definite and lovely round with lasting after-taste.
